Alex (Jennifer Miller) is sent to a Catholic girls school to confess to Father Drake (Ron Perlman) all her sins.
Alex meets four other girls in the school: Mara (Jordan Madley), Connie (Tasha May), Cecilia (Terra Vnesa) and Leah (Barbara Mamabolo), but they all soon discover that they are not so different after all. Each one of them possesses supernatural skills. Luckily for them their powers will come in handy when the gates of hell start to open within the school, opened by someone practicing witchcraft! A demon begins to roam the hallways of the school trying to possess their five girl souls.
I got to hand it to the guy who came up with the tagline to this movie, "5 girls vs. 2000 demons. You do the math."
I can tell you this, it definitely got me hooked and i thought i was going to be watching a movie like The Craft meets Demons. Man was i fucking wrong, instead i got too see a handful of hot teenage chicks who seem to all still be virgins "yeah right in this day of age, unless they're Christian or Amish" are all thrown into a Catholic all girl school, with a Priest (Ron Perlman), and a head mistress (Amy Ciupak Lalonde) who enjoys feeling them up, and lifting the girls skirts up and smacking there asses with a ruler. That's about it to tell you the truth, no 2000 demons or creatures wandering the hallways or even a fucking shadow, it was just one demon possessing people girl by girl while going on a killing rampage, oh wait did I tell you there were only five girls, a priest and a head mistress, yeah you get it now.
Alex (Jennifer Miller) has powers like Carrie, Mara (Jordan Madley) can heal people by touch, Cecilia (Terra Vnesa) was blind but has the second sight, Leah (Barbara Mamabolo) studies black magic. Connie (Tasha May) was able to see ghosts. Not much of a story happening here at all.
5ive Girls is a film that is probably going to be enjoyed by 14yr old wanna-be goths who sit in there parents' basements, with their Ouija board pretending they're Wicca, because they know everything about black magic because they have seen every episode of "Charmed" on TV. The only things going for this film is seeing Ron Perlman in the film, and also all five girls are hotties, especially Barbara Mamabolo "god damn she is fucking hot". The acting wasn't cheesy at all, very enjoyable and the girls do grab your attention from time to time. The SFX (special effects) and VSX (visual effects) weren't too bad also.
5ive Girls did have its ups and downs, but still the plot of the whole film was poorly written and you do tend to drift off from the movie.

If you dig movies like Carrie, The Craft and The Witches of Eastwick well then you might get a kick out of this movie, horror maniacs who are looking for a few good scares, or a shitload of gore well this isn't the movie you want to watch, so I recommend you rent this film before you buy it on DVD. Or you will end up using this as another coaster or selling it on eBay.
